Returns and Exchanges
At Meriboo, we strive to fulfill every order with care and attention. However, if you decide that a product is not suitable for you, we offer a 14-day period for returns or exchanges. For your first order, we provide a free size exchange – simply email us at hello@meriboo.com, and we will guide you through the process.
How to return or exchange a product?

Return conditions:
- The product must only have been tried on and be in a resalable condition
- It must be returned with its original packaging and tags
- The cost of return is borne by the customer
- Refunds are issued only via bank transfer, within 14 days of receipt
- A product that has already been exchanged is not eligible for another exchange
Complaints
If you have received a defective product, we will replace it completely free of charge, including the return costs.

Important:
Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
When is a complaint not accepted:
- After mechanical damage or self-intervention
- Due to improper maintenance or wear from use
- Problems caused by external factors – hairdryers, heating devices, etc.
- Fading or deformation from water and natural dyes

When using wool products, it is possible for fibrous balls to appear on the surface of the product, as well as for single wool fibers to naturally shed. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Wool is a natural material, and sometimes small balls form on the surface due to friction between layers – this is called pilling and is a completely natural process for fine fibers, especially merino wool. It is also normal for individual fibers to shed during the first wears.
This is not a defect but a natural reaction of high-quality wool, which stabilizes over time. It is enough to occasionally remove the pills with a special pilling comb/shaver, and the garment will remain like new.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned product. If payment was made by card – the funds will be returned to the same card.
Additionally
Natural wool products may have a specific odor. If this smell bothers you in any way, we recommend airing out the product in a dry place, without exposing it to direct sunlight.
